Return Policy

Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled only before the shipment is prepared, with a 20% fee deducted from the total amount.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, cancellation is no longer possible.


Returns & Exchanges:

  • We only accept returns or exchanges in the case of receiving the wrong item.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, clearly explaining the issue.
  • Scratches or dents on the Funko box caused from the shipping company handling are not considered the store's fault as FFpops is committed to carefully packaging the products with bubble wrap protection and add Fragile stickers on the shipping box (You can request detailed photos of the product before purchase and shipping.)
  • If damage occurs during shipping (God forbid), you must file a compensation claim with the shipping company, not with the store.
